NOBLE - Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to expand the market presence of NOBEL premium gift and souvenir products. This role is responsible for developing business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting elegant and meaningful gifting solutions for corporate, retail, and special occasion markets.

The ideal candidate is creative, customer-oriented, and highly motivated to build long-term partnerships while representing the refined and luxurious image of the NOBEL brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development

    • Develop and grow sales opportunities for NOBEL products.

    • Identify and approach potential customers including:

      • Corporate clients

      • Event organizers

      • Wedding organizers

      • Retail stores and resellers

      • Hotels, cafes, and lifestyle businesses

      • Government and institutional buyers

    • Conduct product presentations and gifting consultations.

    • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate business deals.

    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

    Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable gift and souvenir solutions.

    • Provide excellent before-sales and after-sales service.

    • Follow up inquiries, orders, and customer feedback professionally.

    Brand Promotion & Market Expansion

    • Promote NOBEL as a premium and meaningful gift & souvenir brand.

    • Support exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.

    • Explore new market segments and partnership opportunities.

    • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

    Order Coordination & Administration

    • Coordinate with production and operations teams regarding customer orders and delivery schedules.

    • Ensure timely processing of quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.

    • Maintain customer databases and sales reports accurately.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.

  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in sales, preferably in:

    • Gift & souvenir industry

    • Lifestyle or luxury products

    • Corporate gifting

    • Event or hospitality industry

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Customer-focused with pleasant personality and professional appearance.

  • Creative, proactive, and target-oriented.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
