Role Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to support the daily operations of . This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
The ideal candidate is responsive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to build strong relationships with customers while representing the company.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
Respond to customer requests and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service experience.
Order Processing & Coordination
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams regarding order fulfillment and delivery.
Monitor order status and update customers regularly.
Ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Follow up customer feedback and support after-sales service.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements.
Administrative Support
Maintain customer database and records.
Prepare daily and monthly customer service reports.
Support sales and marketing activities when needed.
Assist in inventory and sample coordination.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years experience in customer service or administrative support.
Experience in automotive, upholstery, synthetic leather, or related industries is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems.
Able to work independently and collaboratively.
